Delete your BridgeCoach account

BridgeCoach is published by Affinity Intelligence Sp. z o.o. You can delete your account here, or in the app under Settings, App, Delete Account. Both do the same thing.

What deletion removes, immediately and permanently:

  • your account, profile and settings;
  • your conversations with the coach, your journal, letters, check-ins, tasks and Path Map answers;
  • the photos, voice notes and videos you sent or attached;
  • your sobriety counter and day logs, your notification registrations and your consents.

A conversation you shared with another person is closed for them. Messages you typed in it stay in their copy without your name; the photos, voice notes and videos you sent there are removed. Nothing about retention beyond this is kept except what the Privacy Policy states.

There is no undo and no grace period.
